 Jean-Marc established Sellex in Dubai in 2014 having spent over 20 years with Pepsico & Mars across Asia, MEA & Europe. He has a deep understanding of FMCG operational models in both modern and traditional trade. In addition he developed recently a solid experience in applying FMCG negotiation techniques to the hotel industry thus enabling hotel sales teams to resist better to the discount spiral.

In his former roles and most recently he developed an expertise in enabling client to create customer value through a focused approach to the key commercial areas such as category development, pricing & terms, model store, sales force optimization and sales capability.  Jean-Marc holds a Commerce degree from ICD Business School (Paris) and is fluent in French and English. He has led key Carrefour business development as well as emerging market systems optimization in China, India, SEA and MEA for Pepsico.  He has been recognized as a leading practitioner for sales capability across several key market operations both internally and externally.
